OPERA
During her thirty-six year performing career, Kristine Ciesinski's wide range of vocal and dramatic assets made it possible for her to assail roles of heroism, sentimentality, raw power, song literature of intimate love and triumph, and oratorio and chamber music that brought significant critical and popular acclaim. She began her operatic career by winning a part for which she wasn't actually auditioning at the Washington Civic Opera. She walked in to audition for Papagena and walked out cast in the role of Pamina.
